Compliance
Compliance means conforming to a defined standard — and for a ready-made garments factory in Bangladesh that standard covers the working conditions of every employee. We treat the requirements of the Bangladesh Labour Act and the codes of conduct of our buyers as the baseline, not the ceiling, and we monitor them continuously across our factory floor. Operating with integrity under the laws, regulations and ethics that govern the RMG industry is how we protect the trust of our customers, suppliers, colleagues and the communities where we work.
All of our licences and certificates are kept current and genuine, and copies can be provided to buyers whenever they are required.
Sustainability
We work to build a culture of safety and environmental care. Our aim is a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility built around energy management, lean operations, environmental responsibility, occupational health and safety, and product stewardship — using less energy and leaving a smaller carbon footprint with every order we ship.
We favour green factory practices that follow international norms, and we guarantee the standards that relate to the safety, health and environment of our employees.
